With over four decades of professional experience, G R Sudhindra founded SLN in 1994 with a vision to build a compliance-led, execution-driven organization. His early corporate exposure, including time at Infosys, laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. Under his leadership, SLN has grown into a process-driven, multi-service organization supporting enterprises across India. He continues to guide Ikigai Human Capital with a focus on governance, reliability, and long-term value creation.

Srinidhi S K brings over 17 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong track record in designing service strategies, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high levels of client satisfaction. At Ikigai Human Capital, he contributes deep operational insight and leadership to strengthen IT consulting and service management capabilities.

Sarayu Sudhindra holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2019. She began her career as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST before moving into the banking industry as part of the Risk Assessment team at ANZ Banking Group. At Ikigai Human Capital, she leads Learning & Talent Development, focusing on employee training, capability building, and preparing talent for effective and confident client deployments.
